Sat. May 3 - 12-5p in Carlton
May is OREGON WINE MONTH – and we’re kicking it off with the release of our most celebrated Pinot!
It is a privilege and a pleasure to farm and make wine from one of Oregon’s oldest vineyards – the venerable Maresh Vineyard atop Worden Hill Rd. in the Dundee Hills. Jim Maresh planted his first grape vines on the site in 1970, and it has earned its reputation as one of the best over the decades. Every year we select the favorite few barrels we’ve produced from our 11.5 acres of Maresh, and bottle it as the wine we simply call Audrey.
Audrey is the best-of-the-best in our cellar each year, representing the purest, most graceful, most elegant Pinot Noir of the vintage. It has consistently become one of Oregon’s top-scoring wines, and we’re excited to share the 2012 version with you on Saturday May 3rd in Carlton. Only 163 cases of Audrey were produced in the 2012 vintage, so this is a rare opportunity to taste and secure some for your cellar.
Tasting flight includes all of our current release Pinots and a selection from our Burgundy portfolio. Tasting fee is $15, refundable with a 3-bottle purchase of the featured wines.
