We’re back on the air, this time with a little mini-seminar on Burgundy. I teach a series of Burgundy classes here at the winery every winter and spring, starting with Burgundy 101 for some good solid basics, and then up to the Graduate Class for more in-depth and burg-geeky stuff. We’ll start here with part 1 of Burgundy 101, and then will follow up in the weeks to come with parts 2 and 3.
